It is important to recognize the main characteristics that influence a company in consideration of macro and microenvironmental factors. Technological change, changing economic climate, natural events and the like are issues that affect a company's macroenvironment. These external, uncontrollable influences can and will have a huge impact on the success or failure of a company. One of the applicable tools in considering these factors is PESTLE. Political; Environmental; Social; Technological; Legal and economic considerations will need to be taken into account to prepare the company for macro-environmental influences. For this reason, PESTLE will be the most appropriate tool to use to identify and outline the main macro-environmental factors that could influence my business. PoliticalPolitical factors that could impact the company, as a sports club, primarily include transportation. a political factor as it is controlled and influenced by legislation. This will impact staff and opponents (traveling to the stadium) as transport accessibility will impact travel times - both positively (could avoid traffic on a train, for example) and negatively (trains, buses , etc. may be canceled or delayed). . The price of transportation will also influence the mode of transportation that these groups of people will be able to use. Likewise, the price and accessibility of transportation will also influence consumers.
