Cooperation is working to ensure that you, as a team, achieve something and with the knowledge that together we can achieve more. It's about putting your own thoughts or opinions aside from those of others. For example, last year I served on the prom committee along with several others. We had decided to organize a masquerade prom which turned out to be a deception than expected. The first day went well but we were all very tired and had to return early in the morning. The next day didn't go so well... We were all against each other's ideas, even the teachers, and in the end we sat down as friends and decided that if we didn't have some teamwork and cooperation in this we would never have been I will. Slowly everything started to come together. One person wanted a mask there, we would put it there and if someone didn't think it was right, they would add a slight slant to it.
