Topic > Importance of the Brigade Lead Officer - 1395

In particular, the Brigade Lead Officer came to mind. I know the last two command officers in the brigade (including the current one) and feel I have a fair amount of knowledge of the job. I feel that my strengths, the fact that I enjoy being around people and especially the fact that I am compassionate towards them, would definitely be useful for this role. The brigade lead officer must be someone willing to fight for his fellow midshipmen. Additionally, because of my experience with the command system, I feel I have more to offer than the average midshipman. During the restrictions, I thought about it and decided that it definitely could be an avenue I would be willing to explore. Glee Club President is another position I would be willing to fill. I have a passion for singing, as it is something I have been practicing since 4th grade. It's my escape and I would love to have the honor of leading those 60+ people next year as we go through exciting shows and opportunities. This would be advantageous for me because as Glee Club President you interact with the members very frequently and you need to have decent skills to be effective. My charisma and compassion would help me with this, along with the dedication I have shown in glee club. Additionally, it would give me another opportunity to improve my organization, time management, and patience. Other positions I have considered are battalion positions. For example, if Brigade Conduct doesn't work, perhaps Battalion Conduct is the move. Or maybe the ADEO Battalion since I have experience with that too. I know, however, that I will have to find a position where I interact with people on a daily basis and where I will have the opportunity to make a change within the Brigade. A situation where I am inspiring and charismatic
