As part of her plea agreement, Ms. Green was ordered to forfeit all of her property, including her home, the sale of her business, the condominium, her vehicle and her 401k. Sentencing is scheduled for February 28, 2014 and Ms. Green faces up to 20 years in prison, however under the sentencing guidelines for the plea; could be reduced to 4 years.
