In other words, some people think that placing businesses, embassies, government agencies, and all major businesses in the downtown area makes business more profitable and government organizations more reachable. There is no denying that businesses make more profits in downtown areas than in other neighborhoods. Having businesses that make more profits is a benefit to the government. More profits mean more taxes. But it is not the same with embassies and government agencies. These facilities could be located anywhere and will still be accessible to citizens. Another argument put forward by Martin Luther King “If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, but is obliged to do so.” Basically, King meant that if the government organization does something illegal, then it is the citizen's obligation to stand up and say something. Many people understand his saying that we should break laws when the law is unjust. No matter whether it is an unjust or just law, breaking laws will never benefit people, but will negatively affect them in certain ways. Let's say violating the urban planning law and building or expanding a private structure. Due to this action, the violator will incur harsh fines and material damage. But that won't affect the zoning law. People who suffer from unjust laws must stand up and make their voices heard
