In the real world, people automatically assume that video games can help make people smarter and healthier. People think that without video games; they have no ability to learn or repair their mind and body. Researchers have been trying to find a solution on how video games affect a person as a human being. They were surprised that video games are the solution to people's problems. Video games can help improve three different difficulties: hand-eye coordination, they can help people with learning disabilities, and they can help strengthen people's muscles. It can be good for you, confirms that playing video games can allow children and adults to have a good life with mind and body throughout the real world. Video games can be good for a person because they help improve their hand vision – eye coordination. A disorder called amblyopia affects hand-eye coordination making one of their eyes more uncontrolled than the normal eye. Saurav Sen says, “At first it was difficult to play shooting games using only my weaker eye, but after a few months I was able to beat all game levels easily. I'm very happy that I stuck with the program. My vision has improved a lot, so much so that now I have no problems studying or taking exams. My tennis game has also improved and, of course, I am now a professional PC player” (American Academy of Ophthalmology). Researchers used groups of children to play action video games and their vision improved after more than an hour.
