Some statues wore animal parts as clothing; while others (especially males) wore a bright orange coat. I looked up and noticed the beautiful carved ceiling. It reminded me of a church, but there are often paintings there. I didn't attend a function. Maybe I misunderstood this part. However, I understand that they close the temple almost every hour for a reason I'm not sure of. I saw people praying. I noticed that the women pray sitting down. A man was standing in front of a statue and the next thing I know his whole body was on the floor worshiping the deities.
