Animal Testing by Jenna Ausen Every day, tons of innocent animals lose their lives due to animal testing. Animals have no choice. Furthermore, they suffer extremely. Animal testing is bad and should be banned to alleviate animal torture, prevent disease in animals, and demonstrate that it doesn't always work the same way on humans as it did on animals. First of all, I think it's torture for many reasons. The animals are subjected to numerous tests. “The Draize test happens when scientists put chemicals into the eyes of immobilized rabbits while wide awake, which often makes them struggle so much they break their necks. Skin irritation testing applies corrosive chemicals to raw skin that cause serious injury. The LD50 force-feeds strong/harmful chemicals to fully awaken the animals.
