You have slightly better grades, you both excelled at sports, you have more volunteer hours, and you have completed 2 foreign languages ​​while he only speaks one. By applying affirmative action, you would not get the last position due to the need for ethnic diversity in the university atmosphere. Is this right??? Is this right?? If affirmative action is supposed to support the individual, why is it based solely on race and why doesn't it apply to every situation based on the potential of the individual involved?
