1. Type of research methodology • Qualitative research The project concerns the subjective well-being of the student and this issue is very personal, the impact of the problem varies from individual to individual. The more personal the search becomes, the more likely they are to get informative answers. Qualitative research will investigate the question seeking answers and produce results that have not been determined in advance. Collects evidence by trying to understand the problem from the students themselves. The research will provide a complex documented explanation of how students are affected by the financial challenges they face in college. This method is open-ended and allows for interaction between the researcher and students, where the researcher can ask open-ended questions to the students. The questions will allow students to give longer answers that may bring out their emotions and give the researcher an idea of how the students are feeling. The methodology is effective enough to get to the bottom of the problem because the researcher will get detailed information from the students which can be useful as they will tell their story from first hand experiences (Kothari, 2004:5). Data analysis can be easy because no numbers will be used and this method is best for all researchers with or without experience. The findings of this research will be based on truthful quotes taken from actual conversations the researcher had with students. This is a very flexible methodology that can be adapted to any context and as a result students will feel more comfortable as the process will take place in their environments. The methodology may take longer, but it can be a good thing,......getting students up to speed ahead of time and ensuring that the study will be in the best interest of the students and that of the faculty. university.• The mutually safe and confidential place for carrying out research is the university headquarters; the researcher must obtain permission to use one of the university buildings during interviews.• Ensure that all students know that the information provided will not be known to anyone other than the researcher and protect all recordings and written responses.• Remain competent and professional in conducting research; do not become emotionally attached to the subjects studied.• Critically examine the answers you get and keep good records of all the information collected• Show respect to students so that they respect you.• Avoid racist comments or any other type of discrimination against students, treat them equally.
