This allows people to get in and out of their large car park more easily. Staff members at this nursing home did not smoke outside the entrance. When I entered the building, the front door made a "buzzer" sound, signaling that a person had entered or exited the facility. This is a great feature to have. The Studio City Rehabilitation Center did not have a way to track whether an individual left or entered the building. Valley Palms Care Center is very clean, well lit and air circulates throughout the facility. This facility is smaller than the Studio City Rehabilitation Center, but all the various rooms are evenly distributed throughout the floor. Additionally, they have a large rehab gym (with many amenities) located in the center of their facility. The structure of the nursing home is based on the rehabilitation gymnasium, surrounded by all the residents' rooms. Additionally, the property features a barber shop, dining areas, patios, and a spacious social/activity area with comfortable-looking couches. All the residents seemed very happy and I noticed no urine stains on the beds or floors. I noticed a group of cleaners continuing to circulate around this care home which is a big plus. Overall, the cleanliness and atmosphere of this facility were of a higher quality than Studio City Rehabilitation
