As the two men drove us, they stopped us in Perkins, North Dakota. I was very hungry and the two drivers were kind enough to pay for my meals and as I sat there, I realized I was no longer in Minnesota. At the time, I hadn't set foot outside of Minnesota for four years. While I was in North Dakota, I felt happy and at peace because it's nice to take a break and see other parts of the United States. When the crew and I finished eating at Perkins, we all headed back to the car. It took us about two and a half days to get to the national park. I'm the kind of person who can't sleep at night, there were about two girls sleeping on me. I kept looking at the window and wondering "Are we there yet"? When everyone woke up the next morning, I was the only person who went to sleep. I wanted to get some sleep and everyone was loud and it wasn't nice at all. As the hours passed I was in Wyoming and the town was small and rural. I wasn't used to seeing the countryside
