Topic > General Anxiety Disorder Case Study - 1115

This does not appear to be a severe case of general anxiety disorder because the client has only experienced these symptoms for the past 8 months. Because this condition affects you at work, at home, and in your daily functioning, this disorder must be treated and cured before a more severe case of this disorder develops. First, it is important for the client to withdraw from any activity that alters their mental state and helps act as a buffer for this condition. This includes mind-altering drugs and even minor drugs such as caffeine. Alcohol should not be used too much because this can create deeper feelings of negativity which will only make the client's disorder more severe. If the client refrains from taking part in these activities, this will significantly increase his or her chances of defeating the disorder and living a happier, healthier life. The client is also encouraged to take part in physical activities and exercise more often. Getting outside and focusing on stimulating activities will help your brain refocus and let go for the moment. This could go a long way in relieving the stress that has been placed on the client's shoulders. Regarding treatment, the client would benefit from some behavioral and cognitive therapies such as talk therapy. It is important for the client to express their concerns and concerns to a therapist trained in working with general anxiety disorder. This type of therapy will help the client gain control of their negative views on life and will help them better manage the stressors that the client constantly endures. When stressful situations occur, the client will be able to recognize and feel more in control of the situations that cause more stress. When the client feels more in control of the stressors in their life, they will be more relaxed and satisfied with the problems they are facing. Until
