I also need to reduce my lipid intake and replace some meats and poultry with seafood other than tuna. As for my personal physical activity, I need to increase muscle training. My personal diet puts me at greater risk for cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease due to my low intake of vegetables, fruits, and whole foods. My behavior in terms of physical activity is good because I train constantly, which decreases the possibility of contracting cardiovascular diseases. One way to change my diet is through behavior modification strategies. Some behavior modification strategies that can aid in change are mindful eating, chain breaking, stimulus control, and cognitive reconstruction. I could use mindful eating by being aware of what I'm putting into my body and watching my calorie intake. Breaking the Chain will help me by helping me stop snacking while watching a movie or TV show. The stimulus check will help me eat healthier foods instead of foods that contain more fat, which I could do by buying healthier foods and stopping buying foods like pizza and hot dogs. Cognitive reconstruction will help me by telling me not to drink after a long day or after a stressful exam, but to instead do something healthier like go to the gym or swimming pool after a long, stressful day or maybe go for a walk to help me
