The way you have to learn to think differently. You have to bring all your knowledge and apply it to different situations to get better results and make better plans. It's constant change and you're constantly learning new things. A person can choose to impact the community in a small way by working with individuals. They may also choose to influence the community more broadly with the political side of nursing. They can influence new policies and improve their community. Professional nurses can spend more time with patients and help meet their needs. I am able to teach patients about other problems they have and come up with a plan to help improve them along with the main medical need. I want to deal with patient care in an individual setting. Be able to be a support system and help them in the right direction that will benefit them in a positive way
