The school will conduct surveys with educators and students. The aim of the survey is to calculate the satisfaction of these groups with the way the school is managed. Administration will note how long educators stay after school and whether educators work with students during after-school tutoring periods. The administration uses these observations to determine faculty and staff commitment to the school. When an educator spends more time after school preparing lessons for the next day, it shows how important student successes are to them. The school can also listen to the community, to know which schools are bad schools and which are good schools
