Make a Change America's freedom was achieved by the 13 colonies working together and fighting together. Slaves were freed by demonstrating and marching. Great deeds and challenges have been overcome thanks to collaboration between people. If there's a will there's a way. People think that a challenge known as global warming is too big to overcome. A man named Al Gore “was the next president of America” (Al Gore) made many statements and arguments about how people are the main reason for global warming. Global warming is starting to get serious, as more and more people create C02. No obstacle is too big for people to overcome if they work together. People need to start working together and make a change. In the movie “An Inconvenient Truth,” Al Gore talks about every single aspect of global warming. Gore in the film uses rhetorical appeals such as ethos, pathos, logos, and kairos that connect the viewer to the fight against the cause and preservation of the beauty of the earth. As technology advances, the same is happening with science. With new technology, scientists were able to think: what do people have to do with global warming? Humans reproduce at a faster rate than the earth can reproduce. The more people on the earth, the more houses and lumber are needed. This means that humans must remove one of the most important organs in the Earth's body, the lung. Trees take years to grow, but humans are cutting down acres of them. According to Al Gore “trees are the lungs of the earth as they absorb CO2 from the atmosphere”. If people damage the earth's lungs and close off the ventilation, the earth will soon become a hot and unpleasant place to live. The earth was created for humans to enjoy and not destroy. People need to start opening their eyes and start trying to make a change with a simple act like
