The goal of completing both shift assessments by 10:00 was challenging due to the late start. I'll keep this goal as something I'd like to work on next week. The goal of remembering to document both the patient and medications for both patients was achieved this week. I even tried scanning free water! My patient did not meet the discharge goal because neither patient was ready to be discharged home yet. My patients definitely achieve the goal of verbalizing when they needed something.
