The explosive statistics on unplanned pregnancies (and STDs) among black youth (and adults) are ungodly. Of course, abstaining from sex until marriage is ideal behavior, but the Black Church must face the cold-blooded reality that young people are stimulated to copulate everywhere they turn in this society, and humans have been too successful in multiplying.
