The person-centered values of PBS require the participation of stakeholders such as behavioral change agents and people who are affected by certain changes, such as families and professional caregivers. Therefore, it is necessary to determine in advance the stakeholders, who link their well-being and behavior to the development of challenging behaviors. Stakeholders are the type of implementers of the intervention; trainer and advocate for staff and family carers, as well as providing lasting change functionality to the PBS. For example, interactive training, these training courses provide support to staff to improve the customer's quality of life. According to the training for each staff, Johnston et al., (2006) stated that PBS training will offer intervention models for staff without formal training in contrast to ABA which provides formal training using tiered approaches for people who do not have the skills to provide guidance, give assistant and
