Fidel led his nation to become a superpower and this is what many leaders want! Fidel has influenced many leaders even today, many are similar in the sense that they don't care who gets harmed in the process as long as it doesn't affect them or their goal. A big part of the characterization is "promoting justice," but Castro didn't care about anything but himself. He didn't care if his influence promoted justice, he wanted power. Since Fidel was a master of deception, he seemed to really care and many people were inspired by him. Yet his following quickly dwindled as the truths began to be revealed. Once people began to realize what a monster he truly was, not many were influenced by him to advocate for justice. In conclusion Fidel Castro managed to accomplish a lot, but in the end he did not influence others in a positive way
