What is stress? Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very challenging circumstances. Stress can come from depression, work, and more. A doctor says: "Stress is a silent disease." During this experiment, it is shown that stress has an effect on pregnancy. It can cause little or no or life-threatening harm to the mother and fetus. Everyone points out that it's not something that only pregnant women understand. Pregnancy is a period or milestone that represents a big change. Your mind, body, soul and life are changing. These changes may be a rude awakening, but they can add new stress and drama to your life. (Health and pregnancy 1) What effects can it have on the baby and the mother? Well, everything the mother does has an effect on the child and vice versa. It's almost like the mother and son are 1 person but they are 2 people. An activity can cause serious harm to both of you, but especially to the baby growing in the mother's womb. This is a serious cost to the woman and the child's life. There are ways to prevent this from happening, sometimes stress is caused by depression which is the normal state everyone goes into. To prevent stress you need to relax more and maybe try bed rest with some doctors recommended when you. Changing your body can change your mood. Mood swings can make it more difficult to manage stress. (March of Dimes 1) If you are ever around a pregnant woman, you will notice that she can go from happy to sad in a matter of seconds. One minute she's happy and excited, then she's sad and uncomfortable with the way she looks. Then she goes back to being sad again, depressed, and then happy again. It is a complete cycle for 9 months as is the precipitation. It starts from one source, travels through and ends at the beginning…middle of the paper…a bed rest will help calm your stress levels. The test is very simple. The pregnant woman will sit in a comfortable chair with 2 belts attached to her stomach and will sound the beep when she feels movement. Printing depletes stress levels. This is also called Braxton-Hicks contractions (Braxton-Hicks 1 contractions). Stress isn't all bad. When you follow the procedures to get it right, a little stress can't affect your baby. Regular stress during pregnancy can result from working too much or too hard. Harmful labor measures can cause the baby to be premature, which is very serious. The data shows that women who have dramatically high stress problems can actually have healthy babies, but they need to take precautions because not many people are lucky enough to have high stress levels and still be able to have a healthy baby.
