My first few days I was extremely nervous. I didn't know where my classes were, I didn't know any of my teachers, and I didn't know any of the students. I thought to myself, “I want to go home.” I began to adapt to my new environment. During this time the only thing that remained constant was the bracelet my uncle Jorge gave me.
