Although the political agendas that presidents set when they take office often go unfulfilled, the office of President is still one of the most envied positions. But why might this be? It is because the United States is the most powerful nation in the world and with the President as its leader, it is said to have the most power in the world ("Top Ten Most Powerful Countries in the World"). With power comes responsibility and with this position he must govern a country by respecting the rules. The legislative process is a long process. First, a representative must have an idea for a new law and become the sponsor of this bill. The representative must present the bill to the Clerk of the House if it is in the House (HR Bills) or Senate (S Bills).
