The health of an individual and his community is influenced by different elements that combine with each other. Whether an individual is healthy or not is determined by circumstances and the environment.1 To a greater extent, factors such as where he or she lives, relationships with family and friends, the state of the environment, income, Genetics and educational attainment all have a significant impact on health, yet more frequently considered factors, such as access to and use of healthcare facilities, regularly have less of an impact.6 Determinants of health is a term introduced in the 1990s 70 as part of a broader analysis of public health research and policy. The researchers argued that there has been much attention and excessive health spending devoted to individuals and their diseases, and little or no investment in populations and their health. It was decided that public health should be more concerned with social policies and social determinants than with health structures and disease outcomes.7 Determinants of health include the social and economic environment, the physical environment, and behavior and characteristics. of the individual. An individual's environment determines his or her health, holding an individual responsible for his or her poor health or recognizing him or her as being in good health is inappropriate. Individuals are unlikely to be able to control many of the determinants of health. These determinants that make individuals healthy or unhealthy include the factors above, and numerous others.6 A wide variety of community, individual and national factors determine the provision of health.2 There is a growing body of evidence on inequalities in both access to health and healthcare. distribution ...... middle of the sheet ...... on race and political beliefs, economic or social status. Improving poor health among disadvantaged individuals and reducing health gaps is important but not sufficient to improve health across socioeconomic groups. The focus on addressing health inequities can be modified based on a community's local needs and priorities, allowing for broad-based advocacy partnerships. However, it needs to be made clear that what can be done to help improve the life chances and health prospects of people living in poverty may not bring them any closer to the average of the rest of the population or avoid the gap of life. across all generations. Being clear about what you are trying to overcome and achieve is of the utmost importance in developing and implementing policies that promote health equality among the population.
