There are six dimensions to team talk. The first dimension is to use plural pronouns when speaking to the group instead of using the singular plural. This is important because it shows shared success and when single plurals are used it demonstrates individual needs. For example, for the Emergent X-ray Interpretation course, we usually divide into groups to work on X-ray interpretation tasks, and many of us may finish before other members. When this happens, we avoid saying, "You should hurry up" because then members will be singled out and may become resentful.
