Management has a huge responsibility in running a business. Without properly trained and qualified managers, the company will suffer. Atwood managers lack the ability to properly manage their employees. They tend to make rude comments towards employees and customers. Management also had the problem of overstaffing because this is a new business. When they outnumber employees, employees begin to get angry because their working hours are being cut due to overstaffing. Although employees get angry at the way management handles, employees are known to be uncooperative and lazy. In many cases they do not cooperate because they ignore the manager's request, do not do the work assigned to them and socialize when the moment is not appropriate. Many times the manager asks an employee to sort out his clothes or sort out his boots and he refuses because it is “boring”. Most employees received incorrect training; therefore, it makes it more difficult for everyone in the company to work properly and efficiently. One main thing that employees and managers need to fix is their customer service. Customer service is an essential priority that every business needs. Without good customer service, customers will stop shopping at that business and will eventually tell their friends and family about the customer service.
