Technology allows Millennials to interact a lot with other cultures, races and sexual orientations. Stein states that “Millennials are more accepting of differences, not just among gays, women, and minorities, but among everyone” (Stein 2013 p. 34). For Millennials, diversity is a fusion of different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences. By blending together, they come into more contact with minorities and people of different backgrounds as they, the millennials learn to accept others and also look beyond their differences. Millennials have grown up in a much more globalized era. Greater diversity was seen and learned. This prior knowledge allows millennials to be more accepting of differences. They are able to look past their differences and work well
