The film begins with members of the Japanese navy all lined up on the bridge awaiting the arrival of Vice Admiral Yamamoto, who studied at Harvard University, located in Boston. It was he who was organizing the attack, if the United States did not negotiate peace with them. In the United States they had a new system for receiving messages from the Japanese.
