Lady Macbeth's support and faith in his abilities strengthens his resolve and convinces him that his actions are a necessary factor in becoming king (Shakespeare). If the support had ceased to exist, Macbeth would have lost all his determination because in the midst of the murder he hesitates (Shakespeare).
