Some students may not be able to reach their full potential if left in a context of full inclusion. This would be an injustice to this student's education. Full inclusion is not “one size fits all” and LRE should guide schools in deciding whether a student with a disability would benefit most from full inclusion or a self-contained classroom. Although it is possible for all students with disabilities to benefit from social interaction with non-disabled students, it is not possible for all students with disabilities to be in a general context of full inclusion.
