My country, Azerbaijan, needs high-level administrators and managers, economists and finance experts, as well as qualified decision makers in such decisive sectors of public and government country as economy and politics. These decision makers can implement productive methods in this area of the economy and public administration and represent the country in a way that facilitates its integration towards the West and globalization. It is also important to have strong experts in public, private and civil society; proper analysis of economists will inevitably lead to the prosperity of the entire country since in our modern world states with a solid economic background dominate global processes around the world. Furthermore, we need potential young leaders who can mobilize the rest of the young generation and improve the level of social activity, serving as an example for young people to follow. Therefore, these are my concerns that pushed me to choose a Masters in Management and Graduate Education department at your university in the UK. First of all, I am a citizen of the country that was under the occupation of the Soviet Union for seventy years. It gained independence in 1991 and for a relatively short period of time my country; Azerbaijan has taken important steps towards developing trade and economic infrastructure. However, the deficiency of the education system has led to inadequacies in all spheres of activity. Furthermore, the management system applied in Azerbaijan was unfortunately inherited from the Soviet Union and is very different from systems of the same type found in well-developed countries. Modern times require elaborate economic management and operations that ... middle of paper ... efficiency than other fields of the economy. For example, most European and well-developed countries do not possess rich natural resources. However, the successful application of different areas of the economy and sometimes integration and joint work push the economy of entire countries forward and make their flourishing possible. In-depth education, large number of international students studying in this university and conditions provided to them, adequate allocation, international Campus environment, wide range of resources and research sources are just some of the many reasons that inspired me to study the management program at your university in the UK. I am confident that this program will provide me with the vast management knowledge that I will apply in my professional activities in the future. I am planning to establish a private company which will serve for benefit.
