Television is one of the greatest inventions ever created, or not? As a child I always thought television was fantastic. Television was fun and brought entertainment into the comfort of families. Although, over the years, I have learned that television does more harm than good to people's lives. Television teaches children bad habits and family values ​​are weakened by people's interest in television. Many people grew up watching television between the ages of one and twelve. Many of the bad habits children acquire come from television. Is there a program to educate children? Children's television programs are too explicit. Many programs promote violence and drugs, rather than programs that promote education. Kids see it on television and think it's okay to take drugs and act violently as long as they don't get caught. There are shows like Jerry Springer, where guests use violence and profanity to get their point across. Then there are late night shows where sexual content is used. Children at a young age should not learn anything about sex, they should play and have fun. Then there are family values, in which television desecrates almost all of these factors. Before television, families sat at the dinner table and discussed the daily agenda. Now at dinner time many families sit in front of the television with food in hand and say nothing to each other. There were times when families went to the movies or amusement parks to have fun. Now they just sit in front of the television and watch a variety of silly shows and movies. Before you buy a new TV, do a little research. Above all, a well-organized family.
