In his article Cadwalladr states that people who attend this university will build the future of humanity. He believes that they will get rid of world problems such as poverty, hunger and drought. This university involves people from all over the world trying to solve different problems. However, Cadwalladr is wrong for several reasons such as the way they use to solve these problems and their goal of depending on AI method for the best future in future is totally false. Singularity University will educate a generation that will fundamentally change the future. in a way that will benefit humanity later. However, these thoughts are incorrect. In this article Cadwalladr provides some background on Singularity University and what his first day there went like. Many celebrities have been involved in the university and the most famous is Buzz Aldrin the astronaut. Those people did many things that made them special about each other. Cadwalladr also talked about the university's courses and what makes this university better than other universities. Cadwalladr sat on the food table where there were supposed to be people who should find a solution to world hunger. “What about artificial meat?” Mike Federle suggests: "We could make a steak now," says Robert Hariri, "But it'll cost you $20,000." (Cadwalladr.24). These are the comments when they started sharing ideas. One of those scientists thought of artificial meat as a new food source to solve the hunger problem...... middle of paper ......hey they are metal garbage and have no sensory nerves that will make them stronger and more destructive. They are intelligent enough that they can rebuild themselves again and it will turn into a war between humanity and robotics. It's fun to think about unwanted metal objects taking over the world later. To conclude, this article is important because it discusses the characteristics, objectives and way of studying at Singularity University. And it talks about how this generation that graduates from this university will later create our future. However, even though Cadwalladr is proud to have a university like Singularity University. Cadwalladr, Peter Diamandis and the other futurist should think about the reasons why there are problems in this world by not creating an artificial intelligence that will eliminate these problems.
