Topic > The Mutation of Cancer Cells - 1753

My sister, Kathy, was diagnosed with cancer in 2013. I was shocked because my sister was always the healthy one among all of us girls, the type of cancer that Kathy called cancer colon, Cancer that forms in the tissues of the colon. Most oncogenic mutations of indisputable normal genes designate proto-oncogenes. Proto-oncogenes determine the “excellent” genes that regulate what the cell does and how it distributes. Once a factor mutates (changes) in the cell, it returns to a "harmful" factor that can become useful or activated when it is not thought to be. Once this occurs, the cell becomes out of control and could turn into cancer. As scientists learn more about oncogenes, they will be able to develop a drug that inhibits or curbs them. Some drugs that cut oncogenes already measure the method and further measure the process. This can be mentioned in more detail currently in this monument. Some tumor syndromes are caused by hereditary mutations of proto-oncogenes that (cancer.org, 2014) provide the CELL on which to form (activate). For example, multiple endocrine disease process picture two (MEN2) is caused by a chromosomal mutation within the designated factor. Individuals with this syndrome often develop a rare thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid cancer. They (cancer.org, 2014) jointly develop several tumors, including tumors and nerve tumors. Inherited mutations in the factor called KIT will cause hereditary gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). And factorial mutations in MET gene name will cause urinary organ cancer with transmissible process. Tumor suppressor genes measure traditional genes that slow down cells… half of the article… increasing 5-year survival and increasing death from cancer worldwide; but it can be explained by longer life expectancy, as cancer incidence increases with age, and by a notable increase in lung cancer incidence rates.
