Introduction"Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change your perspective on the world" Nelson Mandela (May his soul rest in peace). A person's education is one of the most important factors in determining whether or not he or she will become a productive member of society. That's why when considering an education, the quality of the education is almost as important as the education itself. Egypt, one of the largest countries in the world in terms of culture, population and problems. One of the main problems is education and unemployment, which are somehow connected. The situation in Egypt is similar to that of other developing countries. The Declaration on Science and the Use of Scientific Knowledge, adapted to the World Conference on Science, held in Budapest from 26 June to 1 July 1999, states that: “In all countries, and in particular in developing countries, it is It is necessary to strengthen science and the use of scientific knowledge. research in higher education, including postgraduate programmes, taking into account national priorities”. According to the HDI (human development index), Egypt is ranked 123rd in the HDI and seventh among the ten lowest countries in the Middle East and North Africa. The level of education in public and private universities cannot be easily measured or consumed because some graduates are very successful in their lives and some are in the worst rates and economic classes. Even some uneducated people are very good at business, so being successful or not is one level of measurement, but it still fails to determine which of the two universities is better. With the focus on human rights in Egypt, students at both universities have many rights to gain, but do students really get all the rights they should have? AD In particular, 84% of students at private universities and 83% at public universities had asked someone who had already taken a test on the contents covered; furthermore, 77% of students in the private sector and 78% in the public sector worked in groups on individual projects; that for the plagiarized work, 61% in private and 53% in public presented a plagiarized work; while 55% of students in private universities and 53% in public ones did so to allow another student to see their exam answers; 47% in private and 35% in public copied from another student's assignment/exam. Additionally, 41% of private and 40% of public college students used notes during an unauthorized exam. Undoubtedly, in both public and private universities, cheating was found to be rampant. Therefore, further investigation into the prevalence of AD in the private versus public sector is needed
