But on the other hand the movie tells us that we have to do whatever we want with our knowledge to be happy in life. You don't necessarily have to make the most money or drive the nicest car, you just have to do whatever makes you happy. Will decides not to take the job right away but to chase his girlfriend to California because that's what will make him happiest. Society says you have to be pretty smart if you have a bachelor's or master's degree, but there may be people out there who are smarter than you just because they weren't great students in class, but they were well educated. This movie really makes you think about the different ways people can educate themselves and become good people
