The leader had no clear direction or vision. Finally, when the new leader arrived, team members were inspired to work together towards common goals and collaboration was activated. My position within a Social Services Agency; as a Counselor it is the second professional experience as it concerns the creation of a collaborative culture. There were ten members of the team; in addition to the leader. The team leader manipulates team members by communicating personal values ​​and narrow-mindedness. Team members express difficulty meeting job requirements because the team leader was too demanding. Additionally, the leader was grumpy and lacked listening skills. The owner was made aware of the team members' complaints and requested a meeting with the leader. The leader had no idea about the personal behavior presented to the team members and asked the owner what change could be made;
