Parents have the accessibility of healthy versus junk foods and the availability of physical activity equipment. Children see their parents as healthy adults and model healthy eating or exercise for their children, helping them to instill positive eating habits and a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, limit access to junk food at home and parental support at mealtimes family increase the amount of healthy foods that children eat. Therefore, it is concluded that a healthy home environment and parental role model are important for promoting healthy behaviors in children. Finally, social media and advertising can have a significant impact on our eating habits. For example, advertising tends to haunt us by associating their products with something you have positive feelings for such as a celebrity, love and respect makes you consider their food optional even if it will have a negative or positive impact on your habits food. They then influence our nutritional choices by changing your decision to purchase their products. In my conclusion, there are many factors that can influence our eating habits such as environment, media and daily lifestyle. I think one of the recommended ways to keep up with a healthy lifestyle is to find out what trigger foods each are and promise not to pay any attention to them and replace an unhealthy optional with a healthy one.
