Paper is a very important day for everyone today. It is used in various forms such as copies, notebooks, books, paper archives, logbooks, tissue papers, newspapers, etc. As the population is increasing and the society is getting educated, the need for paper is increasing, so this business is promoting day by day and is slowly becoming one of the major industrial and financial sectors of the economy. The project titled “Market Analysis and Development” by Siddhartha Copy Udhyog was done to get familiar with the management and marketing activities of the paper products industry and to help them develop their market. Copy Udhyog are those that use readily available paper as raw material to form various products such as notebooks, books, registers, logbooks, envelopes, paper archives, etc. Previously, handmade paper was used in Nepal. The first machine-made paper in Nepal was produced in 1942. In 1942, two paper mills emerged for the first time as a joint venture of Nepalese and Indian entrepreneurs. Since the Companies Act, 1936 did not have any provision for private limited companies, the government formulated a new law in 1951 to solve this problem. Softwood is the main raw material for the paper industry, but due to the growing demand for paper resulting from the growing population and increasingly educated society, there has been a shortage of such softwood as an alternative raw material, Bamboo has attracted people's attention and nowadays it is used as one of the main raw materials for paper production in Nepal. Nowadays it is chosen as the main raw material in this industry for two reasons and they are; firstly it is found in abundance in Nepal in every region and secondly it regenerates/regrows very quickly even after cutting it I repeat...... middle of the paper ...... trying is a booming sector and is expected to grow more in the coming years. The industry is set to bring positive changes as paper usage cannot be ignored. The eco-friendly concept was introduced which opposes the use of plastic because some plastics do not possess the property of being degradable, so the use of plastic has been discouraged. Excessive use of non-degradable plastic upsets the ecological balance, so it should be discouraged, but the Nepalese government has not imposed any strict legal obligations, although some regulations regarding the use of plastic in industry have been introduced recently. The Nepalese paper and paper products industry has enormous potential in the near future. In Nepal, the demand for paper products and newspapers is rapidly increasing. There is a great demand in tea bag, tissue paper, handmade paper, lightweight paper industry
